Styling for sellers
A well-staged and styled house can help add thousands of dollars to your bottom line, which is why as someone who has an eye for design, I include this service with all of my listings. We will look at your current selection of furniture and accessories, and use them in a way to maximize the style of your home. If needed I will bring in additional furniture and accessories from my current inventory to give your house an added wow factor! We can talk about doing some light renovations as well, which you can do as a DIYer (ie, paint, wallpaper, lighting, flooring), or I can help coordinate & manage any vendors that need to come in at an additional cost to you.
*If the home is vacant or there is a need for large pieces of furniture to be moved in, the cost of the movers will be covered by the seller.
included services for buyers
You can buy a house, but it’s up to you to make a house your home. This includes decorating and styling your home. Besides all the ideas you get from me while we are searching for homes, I include styling and renovating consultation once your closing is finalized. In this consultation, we can talk about furniture layout, paint colors, lighting, flooring, and just overall style. Many of these items can be done DIY, or I can help you coordinate vendors to come in and handle these items for you at an additional cost.
Al a Carte Services
If you are not looking to buy or sell at this time, do not worry, I also offer Al la carte services for those who are already homeowners. These services can include coming up with furniture layouts, paint colors, lighting, flooring, and purchasing furniture. I can also give renters ideas for rental-friendly upgrades.
Initial consultation $100 (per room, up to 1.5 hours)
Hourly rate $75
