Once you understand how the process works, you’re going to want to connect with a Mortgage banker or broker to find out how much you can spend on a home. You will need to fill out a Mortgage Application, and provide some documentation, then the mortgage team will analyze your credit, income, debt, and assets in order to get a pre-approval letter created for you.

Now that you have your Pre-approval letter in hand, we can start searching. This is an important step in the home-buying process and means you’re one step closer to finding your dream home.
